Danny had visited Japan many times over the years.
Like many people who fall in love with Japan, it started with a simple trip. But with every visit, his connection to the country grew stronger. He loved the Japanese language, the culture, the food, the people, and the unique atmosphere that makes Japan so special.
Eventually, Japan became more than just a travel destination.
It became a place where he could imagine spending more time, building memories, and creating a second home.

Danny had heard about Akiya properties and knew there were affordable homes available throughout Japan. The opportunity was exciting, but there was one major challenge.
He didn't speak Japanese fluently, and he wasn't familiar with the Japanese property buying process.
There were language barriers, cultural differences, legal procedures, and countless unknowns.
Most importantly, he wanted someone he could trust to guide him through the process.
That's when we connected.
Our online Meeting
After our initial meeting, we discussed his goals, preferred locations, budget, and what kind of lifestyle he hoped to create in Japan. We explored different opportunities and began searching the Osaka market together.Within just a month, we found a lovely home that seemed like the perfect fit.
But our journey wasn't over.
There was an unexpected obstacle.
Challenge
The property owners were hesitant about selling their home to a non-Japanese buyer.
This is something that occasionally happens in Japan, especially when sellers have strong emotional ties to a family home. Often, their concerns are not about nationality itself but about whether the next owner will truly appreciate and care for the property.
I reached out to the owners personally and shared Danny's story.
I explained how much he loved Japan, how passionate he was about becoming part of the local community, and how committed he was to preserving and taking care of their home.
Fortunately, they were willing to listen.
I arranged a property viewing and encouraged Danny to come to Japan in person.
To his credit, he didn't hesitate.
He booked the trip and took action.
Meeting with owners
When the day arrived, we met the owners—a wonderful couple who had cared deeply for the home over many years.
What could have been an awkward meeting turned into a warm and meaningful conversation.
Danny's genuine appreciation for Japan came through naturally. The owners could see his sincerity, and he could understand the love and memories they had invested in the property.
By the end of the meeting, trust had been established.
From there, I helped coordinate the documentation, communication, and legal procedures required to complete the purchase.
Eventually, the contract was signed, and Danny officially became a homeowner in Japan.

MY passion
Looking back, this journey remains one of the most memorable experiences of my work.
It wasn't simply about buying a property.
It was about connecting people from different cultures, building trust, and helping both sides feel confident about the future.
In many ways, I became the bridge between Danny and the owners.
And that's exactly why I created Akiya Supporter.
Behind every property purchase is a story, a dream, and often a leap of faith.
For Danny, that dream became reality.
And it all started with a conversation.

Thank you for using my services Danny !
Regards,
Haruka from Akiya Supporter.
