• Pay property tax on your behalf

• Pay utility bills (water, electricity, and gas) on your behalf

• Handle paperwork and communication with the apartment management company

• ¥22,000/month

Payment Terms

Monthly payment is available only to clients who completed their property purchase through Akiya Supporter’s purchase support service.

For all other clients:

• A consultation meeting with Akiya Supporter is required before signing up.

• The service is available on a lump-sum payment basis only.

All prices include tax.

Please note that actual utility charges are not included in the monthly fee and will be

billed separately.
