    (Open windows to ventilate and refresh indoor air.)

・Leak Inspection

   (Check all rooms for signs of roof or water leaks.)

・Interior Cleaning

   (Perform light cleaning of the interior of the property.)

・Water System Maintenance

   (Turn on the water supply and run water through drains and traps to prevent drying out.)

・Vegetation Inspection

   (Check whether tree pruning, mowing, or weed removal is required.)

・Recommendations & Advice

   (Provide recommendations, advice, and quotations for any additional

    work deemed necessary.)

・Key Storage & Management

   (Safely store and manage the property keys entrusted by the owner.)
