Service details:

• The basic viewing fee is ¥150,000 + transportation costs.

• A ¥3,850 quote fee is required before we provide a detailed quote for Step 3. If you proceed with the viewing, this amount will be deducted from the final fee.

• There is no fixed limit on the number of properties we can view. The actual number will depend on the available time, location of the properties, and the sellers’ availability.

• As properties in Japan are generally sold on a first-come, first-served basis, we will arrange the earliest possible viewing dates.

• You may join the viewing via live Zoom if our schedules align. If you are unable to join, we will provide photos and videos after the viewing.

• During the viewing process, our licensed real estate agent will check important points such as road access and frontage conditions, and communicate with the seller-side agent regarding any issues or transaction conditions that could potentially disadvantage you as the buyer.
