・Property viewings are generally required, as property transactions in Japan are

    conducted through licensed real estate agents.

・We will arrange viewing appointments and visit the selected property on your

behalf.

・Where available, you may participate in the viewing online via video. (Please note

   that online participation may not be possible depending on the circumstances of

the transaction)

・We will provide photos and videos of the property after the viewing.

・Basic cost is 150,000 yen + transportation

・Quote fee is 3850 yen, this will be discounted off the end price if the

    quote is accepted.

・Quote is valid for 7 days.

・In the event extra work is involved that is likely to exceed 150,000 yen,

we will quote you for any additional charges that may be incurred.

All prices include tax.
